RAILWAY TRACK FAULT DETECTION AND EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

Most of the accidents take place due to beyond visual range defects on railway tracks. Technological development on this subject went ahead with the help of couple of British organizations. The Academy of Project Engineering has recently entered into a joint venture with a USA based organization for technological development and implementation of this cutting edge technology. The main aim is to facilitate Rail organizations of different countries with this latest technology so that accidents can be eliminated with proper maintenance at right time. The special instruments measure the contact between rails, wheels and the overhead electric supply line. Lasers and other instruments are used to make other measurements of the track geometry and other features such as overhead line height and stagger, and the track gauge, twist and cant.

WE OFFER THREE MODULES

MODULE  - I 

 Automatic crack identification of rail track Under carriage mounted special sensors in locomotives will identify crack / invisible crack or weak track sections and send information through satellite to Master Monitoring and Analysis Facility. Our experts will analyze fault location and inform railway track maintenance team.

MODULE  - II

 ANTI SABOTAGE – Our proprietary “SWTEC” technology will identify removed Fishplates / Blasting of tracks and send information through satellite to Master Monitoring and Analysis Facility and turn train signals red.

 MODULE  - III

 Indisposition of Cabin Crew while the locomotive is in motion – in situ computer will stop the train, if red signals are missed.
